Favorite places: Sonoma is no longer in second tier behind Napa

 

For years Sonoma has bee a well-known wine destination, but close-by Napa has always been a bit of the “star”.

While I love Napa, Sonoma restaurants (Single Thread, Blue Ridge Kitchen and Yeti come to mind), and wineries (for me Imagery Estate,  Patz & Hall and The Zina Lounge) have always been close to my heart, The upcoming Healdsburg Wine & Food Experience promises to be an excellent chance to sample many of what makes Sonoma a special part of living in Northern California.
